Day 1: Kathmandu to Sotikhola
Trek Distance : 140 to 160 km
Meals : Nepali Food - Dal Bhat
Start your journey with a scenic drive through Dhading Besi, Arughat Bazaar, and Soti Khola. The route passes by beautiful villages and terrace farms, offering stunning views of rural Nepal. Arrive at Machhakhola to rest for the night.
Day 2: Machhakhola to Yaruphant
Trek Distance : 5-6 hours hike
Highest Altitude : 2500m.

The trek begins alongside the Budhi Gandaki River, where you will walk through traditional Gurung and Ghale villages. Enjoy the cultural richness and the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape as you reach Yaruphant for your overnight stay.
Day 3: Yaruphant to Chisopani

Day 4: Chisopani to Chumling

Prepare for a challenging ascent into the Lower Tsum Valley. The trail passes through Lokpa Village, and you will navigate a few landslide-prone sections. The rewarding views and peaceful environment of Chumling make it worth the effort.
Day 5: Chumling to Choekangparo

As you ascend further, you’ll be treated to panoramic views of Budhha Himal, Shringi Himal, and Ganesh Himal ranges. The trail takes you through one of Nepal's most remote and scenic villages, Choekangparo, where you’ll spend the night.
Rest Day at Choekangparo
Take a short 3-hour hike to Gaden Gompa for acclimatization. Along the way, you can spot Nepal’s national bird, the Danphe (Lophophorous), Himalayan vultures, and mountain goats. Enjoy the stunning views of Ganesh Himal before returning to Choekangparo for a relaxing day.
Day 7: Choekangparo to Nyiloe
Today, explore the Upper Tsum Valley as you visit Milarepa Cave, Rachen Gompa, and Lar Mani Chuekhor. Take in the spiritual significance of the area, ending your day with a visit to Chorten Jangchub Namgyal in Chule Village.
Day 8: Nyiloe to Mu Gompa (3735m/12253ft) and Return to Choekangparo

Begin your day with a visit to the ancient Mu Gompa Monastery. Participate in the morning puja and meditate in the serene monastery surroundings. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views before returning to Choekangparo for the night.
Day 9: Choekangparo to Chumling
